With more than forty years of experience in the health services sector, I have honed my skills in both acute inpatient and community services. Serving as the lead Nurse Practitioner for clinical services, my expertise spans Mental Health Services, Drug and Alcohol Services within the Emergency Department, and extends across community services with a specialisation in early intervention in Mental Health/Drug and Alcohol Services. Additionally, my experience encompasses Primary Community Care and Aged Care Nursing.

Anpmatrix 40 Years

My academic accomplishments comprise a Master of Mental Health (Nurse Practitioner) and a Master of Health Sciences (Drug and Alcohol), complemented by a General Nursing degree. Additionally, I hold numerous diplomas and certificates in evidence-based therapies and complementary therapies. This combination has enabled me to integrate practical knowledge with a robust academic background, leveraging both conventional and natural-based therapies. I specialise in navigating the intricacies of medical issues, particularly the challenges associated with chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to healthcare is holistic and individualised, acknowledging the interdependence of mental and physical well-being. I formulate treatment plans with an emphasis on the intricate connection between brain and body – a vital component to comprehensive care and enhanced quality of life.

I provide a safe space for you to find solutions and empower yourself on your path to well-being. I work alongside you to examine personalised treatment possibilities based on your specific conditions and situation.
